I love the spice! Its REALLY good and i think it can go with almost anything.
BTW: I tried that recipe too and I love it!
I am fortunate to be one of Baba's grandchildren; my uncle Tommy recently sent me a sample of the seasoning and I've been using it each time I cook; I used it on some steaks this passed weekend and it brought back such great memories of my childhood (just like Baba's churrasco). I'm glad others will have a chance to taste her wonderful spice. Thank you Tommy.
My family & I love Babunya's Gourmet Spice. The kids always ask my wife to use it when she makes them chicken soup.
We have used it a lot and highly recommend it. Thanks for making a GREAT spice.
I love Babunya's spice. It is especially good on shrimp and pasta with fresh grated parmesian cheese. Also I love it in my omelets with bacon, onion, mushrooms and tomatos. Thanks for a great spice blend.
We were given this spice as a gift. We love it. While I do not have a recipe, I do have a story. We decided to try it first on pork tenderloin. Since there were two in the package we marinated one in another sauce and used Babunyas on the other. We were pleasantly surprised by the Babunyas tenderloin. This spice does not overpower the meat, it enhanced the flavor. The only leftover we had that night was the other tenderloin. Everyboby devoured the babunyas tenderloin. The next night we tried it on our eggplant. Just as delicious. We can't wait to use it next.
Here is a very simple meal I made with 2 vegetables; corn and tomato. First I steamed about a dozen ears of sweet corn. Next, I cut the kernels from the cob and placed all the corn in a large bowl and put enough butter to mix well with the corn. Then I put plenty of Babunya's Gourmet Spice into the mix and stir it into the buttered corn to even the spice out. The final touch is a couple of fresh tomatoes sliced and seasoned with Babunya's Gourmet Spice. We can all thank farmers for such delicious produce and Babunya for her spice.

I've used Babunya's on steaks, chicken, pork chops, salmon, and even rice. It's a great spice! My wife and I love it. Babunya's everything we used it on taste great without making them all taste the same.
I have prepared hamburgers using Babunyas original spice. My family agrees, it was the best hamburger they have ever had.
Recipe:
1 lb. 85/15 ground hamburger
1 egg
1/4 c. oats
1 tsp. chopped garlic
3 T. grated parmesian cheese
1/4 c. ketchup
Combine ingredients. Make patties. Heat grill or skillet. Sprinkle Babunyas spice on both sides of patty. Cook until your desired doneness. Serve on buttered grilled sour dough bread. Yum! Thanks to Babunyas Gourmet Spice.
Our taste buds truly appreciate it :)
Thank you for continuing to put your receipes on the video blog. It really helps me learn to cook.
I am glad too that people put their recipes on the recipe blog like juls did. Wow, that was a good recipe.
I look forward to your other products becoming available. When will I be able to purchase them online?
Also, did I see Babunya Janina using a larger bottle of the spice than what I purchased before? Will that be on the site also?
I look forward to more recipes. By the way, my cat watched the video the whole time and liked the sizzling in the pan.
Sincerely,
Carlos Santiago
Great video on the porkchop melanese. Here is a real simple recipe for the MOM's and Mr. MOM's of the world.
Where I was raised we often had grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. I still have that except after I butter the bread, I sprinkle Babunya's Gourmet Spice on top of that before grilling the sandwich. That cheese sandwich and tomato soup is the best combination.
Like I tell my kids, "try it you'll like it" and they do. But first they had Mikey try it and that's when they said "he likes it" (Mikey's my pickiest eater).
Thanks again for the Babunya's Spice and the porkchop recipe.

When will you be adding more video recipes to your collections?
I have heard rumors that a store in Clarks Summit (Everything Natural) is carrying your product. I think that is great.
I have moved into the Stroudsburg area recently, will you be stocking any stores locally here like Shop Rites, Weis or Giants? I hear we are now almost neighbors (20 - 30) miles anyway.
Since moving here, I have come to acquire a taste for purogies (sp?). Since this is an ethnic food of Eastern Europe, do you have a recipe in your portfolio of recipes to show us on your web?
A fan always,
Carlos Santiago

Thanks again for the hard work and for having it stocked in Clarks Summit (Everything Natural) and Scranton (Gerrity's on Keyser Ave) where I shop.
Tonight I think I will make venison on the grill with Babunya's and my special tossed Babunya's salad.
Did you ever think of putting a "Babunya's Gourmet Spice Cookbook" together with your original recipes and then a "fans" section. You could give the "fan" whose recipe that makes it into the book a certificate for your spices.
Have a good day.
We will be ordering more today for some upcoming barbecues we are doing for the summer. Looks like I am the official spice giver...they have to order their own next time! (My sister in-laws)
